In case of incorrect or damaged products, we offer replacements or refunds. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns are only accepted for unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Cordillera Brew Coffee, we are committed to delivering high-quality, freshly roasted coffee straight from the Cordillera region. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Below is our Return and Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth and fair process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products once they have been opened or consumed. However, we will gladly replace or exchange products if they meet the following criteria:

  • Incorrect item(s) received

  • Damaged or defective packaging upon delivery

  • Quality issues due to roasting or packaging errors

How to Request a Return or Exchange

​

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any issues.

  • Send an email to our customer service team at nikandloren@cordillerabrew.coffee with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  • We will assess your request and provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Replacement: For incorrect or defective items, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, provided your claim is approved.

  • Refunds: If we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: If the issue is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed coffee products

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Special or limited edition products, unless they are defective or incorrect upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed for shipping. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
